Since the beginning of the project of combined agriculture for 7 occupations 7 incomes in Buri Ram in 1997, CP Group by Rural Lives’ Development Foundation and Charoen Pokphand Food (CPF) has supported and created occupations for farmers in a concept of integrated model. CPF offers fund, necessities of productions, breeds, seeds, fertilizer, animal vaccines, academic and technology advices, as well as guarantee price system and marketing tools. Occupations of each farmer depend on the appropriateness of location, soil, water sources, landscape, and their readiness. 7 occupations consisted of rice faming, rice mill, vegetable farming, fruit farming, fish farming, animal framings, and handicraft.

For social side, Rural Lives’ Development Foundation organizes with governmental and private agencies, community leaders, educational institutions, etc., to create activities along with activities that promote 7 occupations. Objective is to form sustainable income to farmers who part take in the project.


Activities focus on 3 guidelines:

  1. Human development and creating occupations
  2. Community development and better-quality livings
  3. Natural resources and environment restoration and conservation
