Good corporate governance is implemented in line with best international practices which cover honesty, transparency, independence, duties and responsibilities, fairness and social responsibility to create confidence that the Company operates it business responsibly and treats all stakeholders equitably.
 
The Company has a framework for good corporate governance to guide the Board of Directors to conduct business according to related rules and regulations and business ethics. This framework also covers the code of best practices for directors; composition, roles and responsibilities, and independence of the Board of Directors; rights and equal treatment of shareholders and stakeholders; relations with stakeholders; information disclosure and transparency; supervision of use of internal information; and internal control and risk management.
 
The Company is in the process of developing a formal corporate governance policy, which, posted approved by the Board of Directors, will then be disseminated to directors, management and employees at all levels as guidelines for conduct, leading to good corporate governance. Furthermore, the Company is in the process of developing
a Code of Conduct for employees to provide guidance in conducting business in various areas, stressing honesty, fairness and righteousness, adherence to rules and regulations, transparency and responsibility to society, communities, environment and stakeholders.
