• Provide guidance and consultation on software processes
• Plan and perform software process verification
• Resolve process non-compliance issues with software project groups
• Analyze software metrics
• Collect feedback from software project groups for continual process improvement

   

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT,MIS or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years in IT organizational process audit
• Good knowledge of standard process improvement(CMMI)
• Knowledge of software life cycle procedure
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
• Ability in problem-solving and a team player skills
