The “Smart” product group has been conceptualized in response to today’s fast pace lifestyle that requires essential nutrients and ready-to-eat products. The new ready-to-eat soup under the “Smart Soup” brand have been developed to meet the needs of health-conscious consumers as well as the needs of consumers who face limitations and difficulties when chewing or swallowing food such as the elderly and patients. The Company partnered with the Food Nutrition Department of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, to apply sterilization technology to make the soup free from microorganisms while still maintaining its nutritional values. Products are labeled as healthy choice products. Additionally, as Smart Soup can be stored at room temperature and does not require refrigeration, it helps reduce burden on medical staff and the patients’ relatives while preparing food for patients.
