The Company strives to build strong and adaptive cultures with integrity, honesty, and reciprocity. This is done through communicating the Company’s core value “CPF WAY”, emphasizing on Code of Conduct, and organizing a lecture series on spiritual lessons, to promote a culture of ethical behaviors, building a workplace where all employees can grow with the Company on the same set of values.

The Company clearly expects the employees to follow the ethics and regulations of the company. The 6 values of the “CPF WAY” is introduced to all employees in the orientation on their first day and is also included in all aspects of HR management starting with recruitment, through to training, and evaluation.

Furthermore the employees are provided with the “Code of Conduct” as guidance for carrying out duties and responsibilities consistent with the Company’s vision and mission, rules and regulations, as well as relevant national laws. The Code of Conduct also contains guidelines for communication and relations with stakeholders including employees, customers, shareholders, business partners, competitors as well as how to safeguard the society, the environment and Company’s properties. The code stipulates penalties for violations of the laws and Code of Ethics. The Company has disseminated the Code of Conduct through various communication channels such as meetings of each business line, CPF HR Web Portal, orientation of new employees; and also developed such content in the e-learning system for ongoing communication to employees throughout the organization.
