We know that communication and engagement could contribute to happiness at work. We encourage employees to talk positively about the organization (Say), concentrate on working and stay longer with the organization (Stay), and strive to continually improve performance of the organization (Strive). We design and develop our communication plan and initiatives that promote participation, provide opportunities for employees to express their opinions freely and allow for continuous exchanges of ideas and knowledge. In 2020, we have set a target to conduct employee engagement survey in Thailand operations with engagement score to at least 70%.
