The target setting with key performance indicators (KPIs) which will be considered from a wide array of perspectives such as financial, customer, efficiency, people and sustainability perspectives, including employee behaviors in conformity with the corporate values of “CPF Way”, is properly used as assessment of employee performance at all levels.
