Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) has been selected as the "Asia Pacific's Best Company 2025" in the Food & Beverage industry by TIME Magazine in collaboration with Statista, a leading global market research and ranking organization. This selection from 500 top companies in the Asia Pacific region reflects CPF's commitment to becoming the "Kitchen of the World" through the Sustainovation concept, which integrates innovation and technology in food production processes to deliver global food security while maintaining social and environmental consciousness.

 

The ranking was based on Employee Engagement, demonstrating comprehensive care for employees including physical and mental well-being, opportunities for skill development, career growth, and building a strong organizational culture. The assessment also considered performance excellence and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.

 

Through a survey of over 50,000 employees across the Asia Pacific region, using internationally credible and neutral questionnaires, CPF received outstanding scores in employee engagement. This stems from a genuine intention to promote personnel participation at all levels, with recognition that employees are the crucial foundation for driving success and sustainable growth.

 

Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief People Officer of CPF, stated "The company is extremely proud to be recognized as one of the best companies in the Asia Pacific region. This award demonstrates the success of CPF's continuous dedication to personnel development, including building skills to cope with rapid business world changes, promoting quality of life, ensuring equality, fair treatment, non-discrimination, and valuing diversity. To continuously improve its employees’ quality of life, CPF conducts satisfaction and engagement surveys with leading consulting firms, providing employees with the opportunity to express their opinions freely. The results are analyzed to develop targeted projects that meet the needs of the organization, functional units and employees. The company promotes internal relationship-building activities such as sports days and employee home visits to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, CPF supports the establishment of 19 employee clubs around common interests, including sports, arts, volunteer, Happy Family and LGBTQ+ clubs. CPF aims to create a society of equality through equitable benefits such as equal rights to marriage leave, gender reassignment surgery leave, and other relevant policies to promote an organizational culture that respects differences and stands firm on human rights as the true foundation of sustainability.

 

In 2025, 97% of employees participated in the organizational engagement survey, with the results significantly higher than the global average. This proves success in fostering an organizational culture where employees feel engaged, proud, and recognize their value in driving the company towards becoming the "Kitchen of the World" according to the Charoen Pokphand Group's three-benefit philosophy, which balances considerations for the country, people, and organization.
