CPF hosts E-AGM to ensure share holder safety
Mr. Prasit Boondoungprasert, chief executive officer of Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF), revealed that due to the widespread situation of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) epidemic, the company has changed the format of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2021 to E-AGM to ensure the highest safety of shareholders.
In the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic, CPF has set stringent preventive measure throughout the production chain. This is to make sure that food production will not be disrupted by the pandemic.
