Bangkok - Thailand’s Private Sector Collection Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) certifies membership status of Charoen Pokphand Foods PLC (CPF). The membership emphasizes the Company commitment on the group’s good corporate governance and a strong will to tackle any forms of corruption in Thailand and in the countries where the company has operated. CPF, CP All and True Corporation are 3 companies under the Charoen Pokphand Group which certified by IOD as members of Thailand’s Private Sector Collection Action Coalition Against Corruption.

CAC Committee, Dr. Tarisa Watanagase presents the certification of membership to Mr. Sooksunt Jiumjaiswanglerg, Chief Executive Officer of Charoen Pokphand Foods (Plc). The Company strives for being a sustainable organization as it has set the goal to strengthen the performance in all aspects of sustainability including economy, social and environment. The company has responsibility to oversee that its business is operated in compliance with a good corporate governance practices and emphasizes on integrity, enhancement of anti – corruption practices by preventing all forms of corruption in its domestic and international operation and also maintain the highest standard of ethics.

To be a certified member, the companies must go through self-assessment, verification from an audit committee and the external auditor and, lastly, the approval of CAC council.
