CPF won The Best Structured Equity Deal Award
Mr.Paisan Chirakitcharern (3rd from right), Chief Financial Officer of Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF), received The Best Structured Equity Deal for Global and Regional Awards from IFR Asia Awards 2014. CPF was considered as the successful company on issuing convertible debenture (Exchangable Bond) which stemmed from confidence of foreign investors. The award celebration was held recently in Hong Kong./
