CPF gave 810,000 baht monetary support to the Paralympic Thai Committee to purchase wheelchair for the national Wheelchair basketball team.

Mr. Chutinant Bhirombhakdi, president of the Paralympic Thai Committee, told that the committee strive to make a world class wheelchair basketball team. However, the team equipment, especially sport wheelchairs, was outdated. The support from CPF will help the athletes to reach their potentials.

CPF have been supporting the Paralympic athletes for 7 years. The company has been given support to the association in form of funding, equipment and food supply. It even employ the handicapped athletes as full-time employees.

The team has been enjoyed success in regional level as it won ASEAN Paragames 4 times in a row.
