Charoen Pokphand Foods Pcl (CPF) received a recognition from Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) for its contribution to school lunch program in primary school. The support is part of CPF’s Growing Happiness, Growing Futures project.

Mr. Sutee Smudraprabhud, CPF representative said the Company recognize that children and youths are a foundation of the country’s sustainable future. Therefore, it is the company challenge to help improve nutrition among children and youth. CPF’s Growing happiness, growing futures has been initiated since 2015 to support OBEC’s school lunch program.

Since 1992, School Lunch Project Fund has been funding the primary school across the country to improve nutrition among the students.

CPF drives the CPR to Sustainability Direction under the three pillars including “Food Security, Self- Sufficient Society and Balance of Nature. The company launched Growing Happiness, Growing Futures to serve Food Security’s pillar by collaborating with OBEC, Foundation for Rural Life and National Electronics and Computer Technology Center, covering 77 schools.
