Farm Mor Ton, a swine farming operator based in Chachoengsao and Prachin Buri with 11 years of operations, has been recognized among Thailand’s best-performing enterprises, taking home three accolades: First Runner-up, SME National Awards 2025, plus two special honors—Outstanding National SME and SME Sustainability & ESG Excellence—under the MSME National Awards 2025, organized by the Office of SMEs Promotion (OSMEP) and Thammasat University in the program’s 17th edition.
The achievements reflect effective management aligned with the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) framework, strengthened by ongoing support from Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods) through a “co-create and grow together” approach—transferring know-how, modern technologies, and professional management systems in a structured way.
Worawut Siripunya, DVM, Executive Chairman, Farm Mor Ton Co., Ltd., said:
“Farm Mor Ton is committed to integrated, high-quality and safe swine production that meets international standards. We prioritize global sustainability principles, robust biosecurity, animal welfare, and disciplined production processes. By embedding technology and innovation across the operation to boost efficiency, optimize resource use, and minimize environmental impact—while coexisting responsibly with local communities—our integrated farm-management model has earned this national recognition.”
Dr. Worawut added:
“Our success is also propelled by CP Foods, a partner that helps us think, develop, and grow together. CP Foods has shared expertise, technology, and systems anchored in agri-industrial excellence—for example, biogas and solar rooftop solutions—alongside support from the Customer Capability Development team, the Eastern animal feed sales team, technical service experts, marketing, and other support units. Importantly, the CP Excellence organizational-excellence framework has enabled us to elevate end-to-end business management and governance while advancing ESG performance across the supply chain.”
Selected from over 200 applicants nationwide, Farm Mor Ton’s recognition underscores how Thai SMEs can independently reach international standards—while partnering with CP Foods on a shared path to sustainable growth through knowledge sharing, practical experience, and modern management practices.
The SME National Awards aim to raise MSME standards to global levels by adapting the TQA criteria to the MSME context, covering seven management areas: leadership; strategy; customer and market focus; measurement, analysis, and knowledge management; workforce; operations; and business results.
This year’s ceremony was presided over by Prasert Jantararuangtong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Economy and Society, together with Panita Shinawatra, Acting Director of OSMEP. Rewat Hathaisattayapong, Head of Feed Business at CP Foods, and team attended to congratulate Farm Mor Ton.
