Thirty facilities of Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods or CPF) have received the CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2025, reaffirming the company’s continued commitment to social responsibility, community engagement, and sustainable industrial development in Thailand.
The award presentation was presided over by Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, Minister of Industry, and organized by the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry. The CSR-DIW and CSR-DIW Continuous Awards are designed to encourage industrial operators to demonstrate continuous responsibility toward society and surrounding communities, while promoting sustainable industry that can grow alongside communities over the long term. The ceremony took place at Challenger Hall, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
This year, 30 CPF facilities were honored with the CSR-DIW Continuous Award in recognition of their ongoing community and environmental initiatives, which foster local participation and development. Many of these efforts are guided by the “Baworn” principle — home, temple, and school — as a foundation for strengthening communities in a sustainable and inclusive way.
CP Foods conducts its business based on the principle of sustainable growth, guided by the Three-Benefit Principle of creating value for the country, the people, and the company. Creating benefits for society, communities, and the environment is deeply embedded in the company’s DNA. CPF also applies the CSR-DIW framework across its operations, covering transparency, ethics, accountability, stakeholder engagement, and respect for laws, human rights, and international standards. These principles are reflected in the company’s ongoing efforts to create positive social and environmental impact in the communities where it operates.
The recognition reflects CP Foods’ commitment to creating shared value through responsible business practices and long-term collaboration with local communities, while advancing sustainable development across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
