Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited, or CP Foods, together with CP Vietnam Corporation, has won six international honors at the TPM Awards 2025, organized by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM). The recognition reflects the company’s commitment to raising production standards across its food value chain, with a focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and reliability for consumers worldwide.
TPM, or Total Productive Maintenance, is a globally recognized manufacturing management system that encourages employees at all levels to take part in improving production processes. It helps enhance machine efficiency, reduce losses, strengthen workplace safety, and maintain consistent product quality — key foundations for a modern food business where consumers increasingly value safe, high-quality, and responsibly produced products.
This year, CP Foods’ Pak Thong Chai Land Animal Feed Mill in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, received the highest-level Special Award for TPM Achievement. The award is presented to organizations with outstanding performance across all key areas, including plant management, production efficiency, cost reduction, people development, and the creation of shared value for society, the environment, and local communities.
The award ceremony was held at the Kyoto International Conference Center in Japan. CP Foods was represented by Boonsrim Charoenwat, Senior Vice President – Land Animal Feed Business Process Management; Salinrat Pongpanich, Senior Vice President – Ready Meal Business; and Wirat Buayam, Senior Executive Vice President of CP Vietnam Corporation.
Mr. Boonsrim said CP Foods has continuously applied and developed TPM across its operations to improve production standards and strengthen employee participation at every level.
“TPM enables our people to take part in improving real work processes on the production floor. This achievement is not only a source of pride for our organization, but also reflects CP Foods’ commitment to building safe and efficient production systems that can deliver world-class quality food products to consumers around the world,” he said.

CP Foods has received TPM Awards on a continuous basis over the years. Between 2015 and 2022, the company earned 25 TPM awards, underscoring its leadership in world-class food production and its long-term commitment to continuous improvement, consumer confidence, and sustainable growth.
