Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods), in collaboration with Charoen Pokphand Group, has mobilized urgent relief efforts to support flood-affected communities in northern Thailand, delivering essential food supplies to Royal Field Kitchens in Chiang Rai and Nan provinces.
Despite the challenges of flooded roads, the spirit of solidarity flows strong. Under the banner “CP Foods stands beside Thais in every crisis”, the company has dispatched fresh pork, chicken, eggs, and CP bottled water to support the operations of the Royal Field Kitchens operated by the Royal Volunteer Command of the 37th Military Circle. These kitchens are preparing hot meals in partnership with the 3rd Infantry Battalion of the 17th Infantry Regiment, local volunteer housewives, and community leaders at the Emergency Command Center in Wiang Thoeng Municipality, Chiang Rai.
Chiang Rai Governor Mr. Charin Thongsuk visited the impacted areas and accepted CP Foods’ donation as part of coordinated efforts to ensure food reaches those in need—both disaster survivors and frontline responders.
In Nan province, where floodwaters are gradually receding but vigilance remains high, CP Foods continues to provide support through the CP Group Nan Flood Relief Center. Supplies including eggs and bottled water are being distributed to key emergency response points such as the Royal Field Kitchens, Phetkasem Foundation, Hug Muang Nan Foundation, Nan Hospital, Air Force Unit 466, and the provincial Red Cross chapter.
Volunteers from CP and CP Foods are also stepping in to help prepare meals and walk through flooded terrain to hand-deliver supplies to remote and hard-to-reach communities—ensuring no one is left behind.
CP and CP Foods reaffirm their commitment to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Thai communities, uniting hearts and hands to overcome the northern flood crisis and aid in restoring normalcy with care, compassion, and resilience.
